Workshops are interactive experiences where Carlo addresses one or more of the audience's specific challenges. Learning takes place through the participation, interaction and involvement of participants. In workshops led by Carlos, it is actually the participants themselves who find answers through benchmarking, critical questions and Carlo's guidance. These programs can last up to 8 hours.
Executive Mentoring is a personalized process through which a relationship is established where Carlo assists the individual to address specific problems they wish to solve as part of their management activities (leader of an organization, team or company, for example). Carlo's contributions are based on his own background and experience as one of the youngest executives ever in one of the 20 largest companies in his field. The topics usually addressed in a mentoring session are Interpersonal Relations, Strategy, Tactics, and Culture.
Seminars are Master Classes where Carlo addresses a certain topic, challenge or circumstance for the purpose of exposing its nature, its implications and, above all, possible courses of action from the perspective the audience wishes to address. While Carlo plays an active role in this format, participants are always encouraged to enrich the experience through questions and feedback as well as case studies where they are asked to make and defend a decision. In this way, attendees attain knowledge that is not only theoretical but based on experience.
